I am really excited about how August feels! July went one of two ways for you hectic like the sky was falling down or smooth sailing with few bumps. After such a busy few months astrologically, August seems like it may be a little calmer, softer and more gentle energy-wise. It’s time to focus and then communicate those small/large details. Things will start to come more into focus, as you start putting plans into action because this month you will be more driven by details! The intentions you set back in February may be coming to fruition now! Aquarius is an air sign hence the lighter feel, but don’t be surprised by some tension or release of deadweight or old friendships, or limiting beliefs, or maybe even goals that no longer align with who you are! The more you let go in July the more reward you will be receiving!!
I seriously love the start of each month as it feels like a fresh start, a new pathway is opened and I can recharge myself and feel exhilaration bubble up! Let’s focus on some action steps!! Affirmation is proven to boost feelings of self-worth and confidence. Saying things like “I am confident” or “I am worthy,” or “I have all the confidence, love and self-worth I need”, daily are going to make you feel better about who you are! Pair that with crystals like orange calcite or rose quartz and an essential oil like Valor or Bergamot and you really are going to make things happen!!
Also coming this month is the Full Sturgeon Moon on 8/15!! The Native Americans named the August full moon this as they knew sturgeon were most readily caught during this full moon!! Don’t forget to set some intentions and then set your crystals out in window sill to soak up all that wonderful energy!! A full moon is a wonderful time to set new goals and intentions for yourself. We are more than halfway through the year how do you want to finish it?
Energetically: By the 15th I am willing to be today will be filled with surprises! People may be acting out of character, or in an unconventional way, Remember to have patience, as tempers may flare. Expect the unexpected!! The moon is in Aquarius and may feel warm, inviting, light and a little dynamic too. I read that “we are asked to find a compromise between security and assertion” during this time.
