Sound Healing

- Crystal singing bowls will be placed on or near your body while they are being played. The bowls are made of quartz crystal, which plays at certain frequencies that allow the body to reset and heal. The bowls can be very loud, and may not be appropriate for everyone. Studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, heartbeat, pulse, digestive system and circulatory system. Sound therapy has been practiced since ancient times. The benefits are many including relief of stress, anxiety, anger, stimulates the immune system, provides deep relaxation, eases pain and inflammation, boosts creative flow, conscious expansion, and intuition. Supports emotions and mental clarity, cleanses and clears negative energy, supports normal blood pressure, it clears, charges, balances and boosts chakras and the aura.

- Need help getting unstuck? Let’s chat about where you are, what you want, and figure out what your next steps need to be. You will receive homework that may include journaling, worksheets, or book recommendations.
- Aromatherapy Consult $75
- 30-45 mins to discuss what you want to address, and set up a plan of action. You will receive a custom oil blend to help support your body. In person or virtual sessions available. Please remember I am not a doctor. I cannot diagnose, treat or cure.
