What is muscle testing or applied kinesiology? It is a holistic practice that can be used to gather biofeedback on the body’s physiological and psychological state. In short it’s another way to get answers from your body. The scientific foundation of this goes back to 1915 with Robert M Lovett MD. This isn’t a divinatory tool.
