I shared this in my private oils group and decided I needed to take the leap and share it on on my blog too.
I just sat down on this snowy holiday on Monday, to do a little work before we continue playing! When I realized how lucky I am, and possibly a little selfish too… You all know me as the oil lady, but I hardly share that this is an opportunity you can have too. I have never loved a job. I’ve never felt comfortable or at home in any career until I started selling Young Living.
It isn’t just about oils, or that it’s a one-stop shop of amazing quality products. It’s about the people I get to chat with every day! From my wonderful business friends, my attentive leaders, to my outstanding, fascinating, and marvellous clients. I get to help each of you make small changes in your life! To me, there is no greater joy than watching someone blossom, and help someone realize the possibilities!
I want to thank my leaders above and below me for pushing me, and showing me this isn’t some weird scam, that this is the fastest growing industry right now! My team is on fire and I want you all to jump in with me too!
What’s that old job ad? Seeking a motivated individual who’s a team player, for a fast-paced customer service position. Now here is the funny thing … I am looking for team members to fulfil this role, except you don’t report to me, but yourself! I put in a little or as much as I want each week, and I love what I do!
