what
is
frequency
Frequency goes by several names -Spiritual Frequency, Vibrations, Vibes, or Energy, which are all tied into the same concept. When it comes down to it, it all means the same thing. It’s the rate of vibration or oscillation measured over a specific period of time, or even more easily defined as a repeating sequence.
That is the scientific definition, but how does that apply to our life?
The answer may surprise you … it has everything to do with our life! From the music we listen to, the sounds around us from traffic to typing, the food we eat, the colors we see, and the thoughts we have. Science has discussed and proven this subject including the brilliant minds of Tesla and Einstein. Now we have finely developed machines that can photograph and detect human frequency!

3 Easy Ways to Improve Frequency
1. Read a good book. Good is defined as a book you can appreciate, that makes you happy, is well written, inspiring, or whatever motivates you. Genre doesn’t matter as much as how it makes you feel. You want to feel happy, excited, confident, grateful, enthralled, or help you feel centered, grounded, or calm. Laughing is always good. You are not looking for a book that will create anger, fear, and anxiety, or make you cry, worry, or be shameful. The goal is to feel better after reading it.
2. Listening to positive uplifting music goes a long way. Positive should be the focus, but ultimately if the music makes you feel good the message is slightly less important. You can also seek out meditations or music specifically designed to increase frequency.
3. Get outside, and enjoy the fresh air even if it’s only for 5 minutes due to weather conditions. Stand with your bare feet in the dirt, connect to the Earth. Hug a tree, no really it works. You can admire nature even in the most inhospitable of places if you put your mind to it. Listen to the bird’s squawk, the cricks chirp, or cicadas hum.
